Job ResponsibilityRoles & Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for all E-Commerce activities as well as actively managing and growing online sales on our e-store, online marketplaces, and other online assets
2. Achieve sales target, and implement improvement plans for the online stores
3. Plan and set up promotional offers online to increase sales
4. Regularly track/review analytics and metrics to report on sales performance
5. Work closely with the online team and well understand the inventory management
6. Lead and enhances department members' accomplishments and competence by planning the delivery of solutions, answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members, teaching improved processes, and mentoring team members
7. Able to identify new e-commerce trends and industry updates
8. Identifies product improvements, and brings innovation forward on new products and processes by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
9. Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
10. Manage customer feedback, inquiries, and response to complaints professionally
11. Planning, strategizing, formulation, and overseeing the implementation of various promotions and advertisements.
12. Overseeing the e-stores and online marketplace sales activities & performance of the sales team are up to mark and service standards.
13. Ongoing training and development of the e-store sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
14. Any other relevant job functions as and when required.
Working Condition:
1. Must willing to work overtime if needed.
Specific Professional Requirements:
1. Degree/Diploma holder with 3-5 years of relevant experience
2. Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a team to achieve the Company's objectives
3. Sales-driven, must possess excellent communication skills.
4. Must be professionally mature, dynamic, and possess a strong value of integrity.
5. Able to speak & write English & B. Malaysia. Mandarin and other Chinese dialects are added advantages.
6. Must be computer literate and have a working knowledge of web content management systems.
7. Meticulous and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
8. Must be aggressive, systematic, organized, responsible, and able to prioritize work efficiently.
9. Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision and work independently.
