Job Responsibility

• Lead and manage technical aspect of new biscuits and cakes development.
• Identify new biscuits and cakes opportunities and coordinate new biscuit development activities to ensure on time launch.
• Create new biscuits and cakes that are compatible with production lines, competitive and cost efficient.
• Manage and review product quality and consistency through involvement of quality management.
• Ensure effective ongoing tracking and improvement of existing products in terms of quality, cost and consumer acceptance.
• Provide technical services to internal business partner.
• Keeping up-to-date on food safety and regulations, technical matters particularly with MOH, CODEX, FDA etc.
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Food Science & Technology or equivalent.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in food manufacturing is required for this position.
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Confident, analytical, proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
