Job Responsibility1. Provide operational support to other departments in related to maintenance issue.
2. Provide the highest quality of service to the guest at all times.
3. Respond to all maintenance work orders in a timely manner. Repair and maintain furniture and fixtures within the hotel.
4. Perform general repairs to in-house plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen and equipment.
5. Provide daily job order of all work completed to Head of Department
6. Perform preventative, general maintenance and repairs in accordance with property standards.
7. Conduct room inspections and identify repair needs.
