Job Responsibility1. Responsible to manage all finance related activities such as month end closing, full set of accounts, management accounts, collections, payments and etc.
2. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly account, financial and management reports.
3. Ensure compliance with all accounting, tax, statutory, legislative requirement and group policies, including liaison with auditors, company secretaries, tax agents and other statutory authorities.
4. Responsible for daily accounting and financial operations related work. Includes processing of purchase order, payment voucher, petty cash vouchers, journals, account receivables and payable, bank reconciliation, inter company billing, and others.
5. Manage working capital and liaise closely with the operating teams in relation to billings and collecting.
6. To monitor fixed assets, register and maintenance of the fixed assets records and reports.
7. To prepare, verify and maintain the accounting records and other accounting related duties with the knowledge of accounting software.
8. Handling ad-hoc matters/ projects assigned and any other operational matters.
