Job Responsibility
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1. Plan social media content calendar (including content ideation, copywriting, planning visuals, and scheduling posts) and is in charge of growth in social media content engagement and followers against achieving goals (ROI and KPI).
2. Building marketing calendars on annually basis.
3. Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring of social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and attract sales.
4. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns consistent with the brand and marketing strategies.
5. Highlight possible risk exposures, internal control weaknesses and recommend probable solutions.
6. Monitoring creative content for social media accounts, inclusive of lifestyle photographs and videos of products and models. Social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and etc.
7. Keep updated on social media trends to keep content up to date and relevant to audiences.
8. Planning, propose, communicate and collaborate with third party to increase the brand awareness including with ambassador and influencers.
9. Support team members in implementing digital marketing strategy - media advertising, google analytics, SEM and SEO etc.: must have initiative to self-learn on the job.
10. Manage social media community i.e., respond timely to comments, PMs and DMs.
11. Continuous advisory, training and assistance to adopt the right strategies and supporting processes in managing new media issues.
12. Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
13. Contributing social media idealization brainstorming sessions.
14. Checking content posting provides by content team.
15. Propose content's back up for alert or warning notes, events, media releases, awareness.
16. Any other tasks or adhoc tasks as assign by the Management
Qualification
* Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree or any related discipline.
Experience
* At least 2 years' experience or and above.
Skills
* Basic understanding of design.
* Basic knowledge in Facebook, TikTok, IG, Google advertising and etc. o
* Photoshop skill is an advantage.
* Able to work independently.
* Responsible, energetic and a good team player and have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
* Able to multi-task, demonstrate teamwork, have a sense of urgency and a positive attitude.
* Ability to meet deadlines.
* Motivated, takes initiative, pro-active and able to work under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
