Job Responsibility- Develop and execute a Sales & Marketing Strategy for Lotus Care by identify new partners and secure the opportunity for Company's brand presence and revenue.
- Sourcing and developing strategic partnership collaborations with external parties and implement marketing campaign activities across all identified opportunities.
- Oversee development of broad suite of collateral to support sales and promotion of the group.
- Manage all processes involving vendors/partners acquisition and campaign execution.
- Manage third parties to deliver press releases, media briefings and external communications.
- Conduct project analysis, market survey, feedback on market need and monitor competitor activities.
- Actively market and promote Company news, project development and acquisition activities including formal press release distribution, article development/ pitch, social media, etc.
- Leading in success for marketing efforts through SEO, SEM, web analytics, social media monitoring and demand generation programs.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination and benchmarking.
- Understand the business needs and objectives to create strategies and boost online engagements and handle online marketing projects ranging from SEO to social media marketing.
- Monitoring and oversee content for all external and internal communication channels including online platform such YouTube, Facebook / Instagram / Twitter content and other platforms, activities & monitoring and communicating directly with customers.
- Responsible for website & Loyalty program by leading the development of monthly content and promotion to attract new customers and retain existing customers with an expiring contract.
- Prepare and manage leasing materials and project marketing materials as needed.
- Ensure documents and marketing materials are current, accurate and properly reflect the brand and desired messaging.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Management from time to time.
- Provide support to Group Executive/Management with communication requirements.
- To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Superior/Management as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in marketing, corporate admin or at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Sales & Marketing function in various industries.
- Proven leader with a charismatic personality to coach, inspire & empower staff to deliver on their respective KPIs.
- Good organizational skills and an eye for details.
- Self-disciplined, proactive and have a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to multi-task and strive well under pressure.
- Strong customer focus and ability to handle customer feedbacks & complaints with empathy.
