Job Responsibility
JOB PURPOSE
o Execute and monitor purchase of material for Procurement Material in a set cycle
time within the approved budget and available resources in accordance to the
Company's procedure and Client's specifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
o Manage and execute and monitor synergized supply chain plans, strategies,
roadmap, initiatives, and procurement tools to bring down overall costs (materials
and/ or services) and enhance product/service reliability and meeting project
deliverable requirement through monitoring and checking
o Manage and executive and monitor the team's budget and utilization to ensure that
expenses are within approved budget
o Develop team's performance measurement criteria/indicators based on industry best
practices and benchmarking to ensure continuous improvement
o Manage, execute and monitor of Procurement Purchases with the objective to
maximize resources utilization & cost savings, obtain highest quality & timely
delivery, ensure smooth operations and achieve business goals
o Comply with SCM policies, procedures, guidelines and governance that will facilitate
consistency in approach and professional conduct of affairs, process integrity,
compliance with regulatory, group and safety guidelines, industry best practices,
corporate goals and objectives and improve risk management.
o Develop and monitor SCM improvement initiatives to achieve divisional excellence
and improve supply chain processes, current work style, practices, policies,
procedures, etc that would result in measurable cost and non-cost

o Maintain close relationship with relevant parties (e.g. Client, Project Management
Team, Engineering, QHSE, QA/QC and other departments or sections within SCM
Divisions) and vendors/contractors to facilitate smooth connection within parties to
deliver the divisional objectives.
o Attend training related with job functions to close the competency gap and enhance
in self-improvement and career development
o Conduct knowledge sharing session to improve the skills and knowledge of
colleagues in SCM Division.
o Execute and monitor the capability-building framework for Heavy Engineering
Operations & Yard Purchases team to ensure the availability of competent workforce
of all levels with capability of providing procurement services that meet the required
competency & performance standards.[Open]
o Create, promote and maintain a healthy, safe, motivating and conducive work
environment that promotes a culture of excellence and a global championship mindset with the objective of improving productivity, maintaining standard of service,
promoting industrial harmony as well as instilling discipline and integrity.
o Establish leadership, direction and guidance to motivate and to nurture potential
qualified leaders in the Supply Chain Services department for breakthrough
performance to take MMHE to greater heights.
o Willing to take ownership and responsibility for work related issues
o Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
o Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and orchestrate multiple activities
at once to maintain a high-volume production schedule.
o Support HSE initiatives and inculcate HSE among its staff and workers to develop
HSE as work culture.
REQUIREMENT
o Degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Management or other
professional related qualification.
o More than 5-7 years relevant experience in supply chain management within supply
chain management, heavy engineering and oil & gas industries.
