Job Responsibilityo Specialize in the leasing of residential and commercial units.
o Assist in formulate, develop and implement marketing and leasing plans and strategies.
o Entice, negotiate and conclude tenancies and rental negotiations with prospective tenants.
o Ensure excellent relationships are maintained with tenants and continuously source for prospective tenants.
o Manage the administrative and legal aspects of tenancy's terms and conditions.
o Undertake market research and feasibility studies and be updated on the latest news of market/ economic trends and other relevant market information.
o Ensure any feedback and complaints from tenants are attended to satisfactorily and actions to resolve the issues are taken promptly with Management's approval.
o Able to meet and fight for leasing department KPI with the team at all time.
o Liaise closely with inter-departments on matters pertaining to rental and deposit collection, fit-out, operations and insurance as well as monitor and analyze tenants' sales and overall performance.
o To develop and maintain professional standards within the Leasing team and to maintain the integrity of Leasing systems and reports.
o To prepare rental budgets and cash flows.
o Cultivate good relations and strong network with real estate consultants, tenants, and our partners/ vendors /agents.
o Provide inputs in tenants engagement programs & commercial marketing collaterals/ tools.
