Job Responsibility1. Group Management Reporting:
* To assist in the implementation of new management reporting together with the Senior
Finance Manager. This includes design for the reporting template and execution of the
reporting processes.
* To assist in the preparation of the monthly EXCO Business Performance deck & Quarterly
Board paper.
* To involve in preparation & co-ordinate the annual budget exercise.
* To work closely with the business unit to prepare the monthly financial forecast.
* Able to converse and write in Mandarin.
2. Business Partner
* To act as the business finance partner for the relevant segment. Provide support in term of
analysing the business financial numbers / performance & highlights areas for
improvement.
* To assist business in tracking the performance & KPI
* To assist business in the financial budgeting & forecasting.
* To assist business partner in new investment appraisal like perform financial modelling to
evaluate the feasibility of the new investment.
* To attend the monthly segment operations meeting.
