Job ResponsibilityRole : Senior Engineer, Service Desk (Korean Speaker)
Location : Malaysia Unit TA-16-1, Level 16, Tower A, Plaza 33. No.1, Jalan Kemajuan, Seksyen 13. 46200 Petaling Jaya Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia
Working Hours : This role has rotational Shift-3 shift basis (morning, afternoon and night).
Working Mode : WFO (full-time)
Candidates may be required to also work on 12 hours shift at the start while the team becomes completely filled
RESPONSIBILITIES
o To work with Service Desk Team Leader and fellow Service Desk Analysts to deliver
exceptional service to customers.
o Be accountable for and actively contribute toward the achievement of Customer
Service Levels.
o Provide high quality customer service and level 1 technical support over the phone
( technical and billing issues and service requests)
REQUIREMENTS
o Diploma/Degree in Computer Science
o Experience in an outsourced Help / Service Desk environment is good to have.
o Proficient in Korean language
o Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service
o Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to understand technical concepts
o Demonstrated experience in communication skills (e.g. assignments, presentations and reporting, etc.)
o Demonstrated track record/career in I.T/Telecommunications
o Strong proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and network issues;
o Ability to clearly and concisely transfer technical and business knowledge to knowledge base, colleagues and customers.
