Job ResponsibilityJob Description
1. Oversees Building and grounds maintenance
2.Ensure security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly
3.Ensure that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures
4.Oversees and supervises the quality of work for other employee to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively.
5.Manages and review service contracts
6. Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections.
7. Checks completed work by vendors and contractors
8. Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees
9.Forecast, allocates and supervises the financial and physical resources of the facility management
10. Involved in both strategic planning and day to day operation
Job Requirement
1. Degree Holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Facility Management with 2 years working experience or Diploma in any other related engineering field with 5 years working experience
2. Experience in healthcare Facility Management are taking advantages
