Job Description
Job Responsibility
Responsible for managing and driving all digital platforms including company websites, Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada & etc with identifying trends, directing and managing content creation.
Work closely with the internal team to maximize platform capacity via innovative ideas and strategies for optimize brand awareness and increase traffic across all channels.
Ensure digital platforms content and information synchronize with Company marketing strategies in order to achieve Through the Line Marketing plans.
Manage leads for the campaigns and create an ongoing schedule of content.
Identify any deliverability issues, monitor performance and make adjustments accordingly.
Manage and maintain eCommerce and company websites with updated contents and product information, also loyalty programs.
To work with influencer agencies or individual influencers and strategize usage of influencer to reach out to the right target audience and achieve KPI ie: engagement, drive traffic to own media platform, increase sales, etc.
Measure and report performance of all digital platforms with assess the return of investment of each strategies planning and responsive in correction plan.
Provide support and on-going maintenance of the company content management system, websites and product uploads.
Establish good rapport with media agencies, KOL, Influencer, affiliate network and any third party involved.
To undertake any company's project and other ad-hoc duties as directed by the management from time to time.
To plan & execute ad campaigns on Facebook/Instagram/Google
To analyze Facebook & Google ad performance & execute ad optimization
To developing ideas, concepts and contents for website / blog / social media and other advertising materials
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing.
At least 3 year(s) or above working experience in the related field and at least 1 year Managerial experience is required for this position.
A person with a strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies, and be able to integrate digital marketing drives from concept to execution.
Work closely with other supporting teams and vendors in executing all plans on time and within budget.
Thorough understanding of digital media and content marketing landscape including video, mobile, social, display and key measurement metric..
A creative mind set and passion for digital marketing.
Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Fluent in another language will be an advantage
