Job Responsibility1. To achieve sales target, margin and profit for the assigned portfolio - Ladies, Mens or Accessories department.
2. Constantly monitor inventory, sales target, margin and profit for the assigned portfolio - Ladies, Mens & Accessories department.
3. To liaise with key departments on planning and organizing promotion activities/events.
4. Establish strong business partnership through negotiation and coordination with suppliers.
5. To conduct periodic review on brand's performance.
6. Able to draw up sale plan, select and purchase product that meet customer requirements and the merchandising philosophy of the departmental store.
7. Good communication in Mandarin is advantage.
