Job ResponsibilityMandatory:
1. Possess hands-on SQL knowledge, with prior experience in system configuration and testing, building and reviewing business documents.
2. Is well versed in SDLC i.e. delivered end-to-end software projects at least twice.
Candidate will:
1. Be a subject matter expert on banking processes and workflows and guide banking users to achieve optimum efficiency.
2. Conduct and drive discovery sessions to uncover user requirements and translate these into URS and FSD documentation with workflow diagrams.
3. Configure Juris software on a non-programming level using SQL.
4. Facilitate and execute UAT sessions and work alongside programmers for the resolution of UAT defects.
5. Analyze and understand system requirements, design specifications and business values.
6. Identify and defend scope creep for smaller solutions within the system.
7. Track production issues, change requests and enhancements and prioritize accordingly.
