Job ResponsibilityPrimary Responsibility:
o Work with recruitment team to schedule calendar for onboarding programs.
o Coordinate in-house or external training activities, arrangement of venues, facilities, inform participants and training resources related to implementation of training.
o Assist in coordinating intern enrollment and maintain interns' document and records.
o Assist in HRDF fund application and claims.
o Assist in preparing document for training bond and keep track the bond period.
o Identify, select and manage service providers to deliver required training to appropriate standard.
o Maintain up to date and accurate of training records.
o To deal with enquiries relating to training and development.
o Handle all HR purchases and liaise with purchasing department to raise purchase request (PR) and purchase order (PO).
o Handle all administrative work in training.
Education:
o Certificate or Diploma in Administrative / Business or HR. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
o Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
