Job ResponsibilitySUMMARY OF ROLE
To meet the pre-planned production schedule, productivity target such as cycle time, yield & quality objectives for the production line / processes related to his/her area
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
1. To ensure adequate resources are allocated according to the plan in order to have smooth functions of quality control and production system
2. To implement and practice 5S in the respective lines / processes
3. Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping and manufacturing practices
4. To manage subordinate discipline and counseling in collaboration with HR
5. To provide inputs to the Supervisor on the performance of the sub-ordinates
6. Responsible for the manufacturing operations and direct reports performance
7. To perform any other duties as been assigned by Superior
8. Assist Supervisor to implement quality and production system to improve efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing process and product quality
RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
o Minimum Diploma or equivalent in any field.
o Minimum 1-2 years working experience in MFG field.
o Experience in managing people preferred.
o Working as Line Leader > 1 year
o Good verbal and written communication in both Malay and English
o Good team player.
o Computer proficiency in Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word
o Basic line Planning
