Job Responsibilityo Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or related field.
o Minimum 3 years or above of semiconductor field experience.
o Fundamental knowledge in ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) test hardware and software.
o Preferable ATE experience on Teradyne Tester Platform. Example: ETS364.
o Characterization test program and hardware development experience.
o Strong device debugging, design validation and failure analysis.
o Strong technical knowledge of electronic devices and circuits, and Analog test techniques.
o Data analysis skills using Spotfire, or equivalent tool based on STDF.
o Experienced with various lab equipment such as scopes, power supplies, source meters and etc.
o Experience with product engineering activities such as yield improvement and test time reduction.
o Technical understanding of the IC product development process, from concept to volume production.
o Understand project requirement, able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation.
o Strong communication skill, capable to work independently as well as in a team and regularly share learning.
o Capable to provide training on semiconductor test engineering methodology including preparing of training material or document.
o Good technical report writing skill.
o Willing to travel.
Job Scope:
o Lead Tester Platform and Single to Multi-Site Test Conversion Project.
o Align with design team to understand design specifications in order to drive for Test Hardware optimization or improvement project.
o Generate test plan, develop test and char program, plan ATE equipment interface board.
o Debug characterizing silicon on ATE, associate outcomes with bench data.
o Strong analytics skills on silicon results, and supporting failure analysis tasks.
o Perform statistical investigation of yield fallout, troubleshoot and fix yield issues; optimize test time.
o Silicon qualification & characterization including qual hardware development.
o Drive for vigorous and cost-effective test solutions whereas being responsible for product quality.
o Provide training to engineer on testing and debugging of test hardware.
o Prepare and submit reports on progress and status.
