Job ResponsibilityManage office daily operations and general administrative tasks.
Manage contract / negotiation/relationships with vendors & service providers.
Coordinate with service vendors / IT department on office equipment and actively seek solutions to resolve problems.
Arrangement of driver's duties and courier services
Ensure office / pantry supplies are fully stocked and replenished when necessary.
Oversee general office tidiness and employees in case of non-compliance.
Office administration - cleaning, arrangement, hygiene, preparation of work station for new staff.
Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments to lift workplace atmosphere.
Manage office and employees' related payment claims and monitor office budgeting expense.
Maintain proper filing system of company documents and liaise with Finance / Legal about office licensing or other statutory compliance related issues.
Plan and assist in organizing various company events / activities.
Receive guests / visitors and dispatch work.
Perform ad hoc duties and other assignment as and when necessary.
Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/ Diploma in any field.
Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia
At least 4-5 working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skills . telephone etiquette, verbal communication, Microsoft office skills, listening, professionalism, customer focus.
