Job Responsibility

• Lead, manage and monitor accounting functions.
• Tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary (credit review and credit application)
• Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
• Sound knowledge of accounting, taxation standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Ensure reconciliation of balances of inter-related company's accounts.
• Monitor general ledger, accounts receivables, accounts payable, and other records.
• Prepare budget reports/cash flow forecasting for projects/grants.
• Ensure timely completion of the audit and tax submission.
• Oversee accounting assistants and executives, coach less experienced accounting staff and help them resolve problems.
• Working closely and liaises with external parties - banker, lawyer, company secretary, auditor, tax agent, government agency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• 5 years or above of financial or accounting experience.
• Able to work independently with initiative, self-starter, and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Proficient with account software, Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Proficient in Mandarin
