Job Description

Job Responsibility


  • Handle full set of accounts 
  • Timely preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports and financial analysis of the Group.
  • Ensure financial reports are prepared in accordance with Financial Standards and government regulations.
  • Ensure reliable financial information was provided in an efficient and reliable manner.
  • Lead, develop and manage the finance team to enhance the daily activities and implement Quality system in finance Department.
  • Monitoring cash flow, treasury activity, ensure better management and utilization of funds.
  • Yearly financial budget preparation. Liase with external auditors, tax agent, bankers or other third parties.
  • Responsible for submission of statistic reports to government bodies.
  • Manage the day to day business operations of the Finance Department.
  • Preparing tax returns, advising on taxation problems and contesting disputed claims before tax Officials.

Human Resources

  • To strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient      and beneficial work from employees, hiring and training procedures for employees.
  • Continually educate employees on company policies and keep employee handbook current.
  • Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc.
  • Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
  • Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws
  • Handling all matters pertaining to foreign workers include managing recruitment activities.
  • Preparation submission of new application/ permit renewal process with local authority.
  • Renewal for Fomema, workers hostel/discipline/transport/welfare etc. 

Job Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, finance or ACCA qualification.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience and experience in audit work is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures ( MFRS, IFRS and etc).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work independently, in a team and under pressure.
