Job Description:
? Candidate must be up-to-date on latest accounting principles, best practices, and taxation. Able to handle and maintain full set of accounts, bookkeeping, invoicing, collections, audit, and taxation preparations for monthly and yearly reports. Includes SST, MSC and MCMC reporting.
? Responsible for monthly cash flow (AR & AP) and closing of accounts and reports.
? Provide financial analysis and strategic financial planning of the company. Preparing quarterly and annual budget forecast.
? Liaise with both internal and external parties, ie. Bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretarial, MSC officers and other statutory bodies.
? Handle general office administrative duties.
? Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior.
? Minimum supervision, able to work logically, consistently, accurately while meeting a set of deadlines. Organizational skills required.
Job Requirement:
? At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience or qualifications in Accountancy / related field. Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
? Proficiency in AutoCount software and Microsoft Office is a MUST.
? Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
? Accounting and bookkeeping: 5 years (Required)
? AutoCount: 2 years (Required)
? Responsible to ensure that office operations start at 930am.
? Able to start work immediately would be an advantage or within short notice. Interested applicants please attach with resume, expected pay and availability.
