Job Responsibility

• Handle accounting functions, full set account, AR , AP, and other related functions.
• Data entry to ensure all financial information is accurately captured in accounting software.
• Assist to check on sales invoice billings performed by coordinators from time to time, before sales closing to make sure all items are keyed in.
• Responsible to generate and sales & collections report, Sales & AR report.
• Prepare monthly commission list for salesman payroll, check and tally salesman's collection.
• Prepare Bank reconciliation and update cash book.
• Assist in all audit/tax schedule and audit/tax enquiries from auditors and tax agent for interim / year-end audit
• Liaise with company secretary for any related matter (director's resolution, CTC documents, and etc)
• To assist the Manager to perform any other duties or reports if required.
• Preparation of the company's budget, forecast and cash flow projection
• Monthly payroll preparation (EPF,SOCSO,EIS,PCB,HRDF)
• Liaise with bankers and payment service providers.
• Coordinate and request documents with suppliers.
• Preparation of Tax provision of CP204.
• Monitor and prepare monthly payment (rental, hire purchase loan instalments, supplier, statutory contribution, and etc.)
• Has experience of using accounting software (xero)
• Maintain proper filling of documents
• Able to prepare financial planning, ratio, presentation of financial status
• Preparation of form E & form EA yearly

Job Requirements

• Min. education requirement: Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
• At least 3 to 4 years' experience in related field.
• Aggressive and committed to work.
• Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.
