Job ResponsibilityJOB DESCRIPTIONS:
o Improve financial accounting systems including Cashflow Management, AR & AP, Current Account, Weekly Collection, Weekly Sales, Weekly Purchases and Expenses.
o Manage and improve Monthly Reports ie., P & L Report, Balance Sheet, Final Report, Bank Account Reconciliation, Debtors, and Creditors Aging, Payroll and Inventory.
o Operation functions ie., Invoice & Collection, D.O, P.O., Fund Transfer, Inter-company Transactions, Product Coding, General Ledger, Compliance to Statutory Requirements by Authorities etc.
o Management functions ie., such as, liaise with Company Secretarial Functions, Intellectual Properties, Internal Management, and our companies' internal departments.
o Responsible and manage annual audit with the external auditor including P & L Report, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and other Financial Statements,
o Welcome proposals to improve the Companies' operations, administrative system, and current accounting, and another operational system.
o Assist the company to negotiate with banks or funders to improve its financial position.
o Guide, train, and motivate subordinates and team members
