Job Responsibility1. Perform data entry to accounting software for accounts preparation.
2. Assist in accounts related tasks (depending on client's requirement).
3. Sorting and filing of supporting documents such as invoices, vouchers, etc, in proper
manner.
4. Assist Superior to check on supporting documents from client to ensure completeness and accuracy.
5. Other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
1. Min. Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
2. At least 1 year working experience in accounts related fields. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
3. Serious and meticulous, dedicated to working, hard-working, and have good professional ethics.
4. Independent thinking, good communication and stress resistance, and teamwork spirit.
5. Ability to focus on large volume of figures.
6. Willing to travel and based in client office.
7. Possess with own transport and willing to travel (might be travel to Langkawi)
8. Mandarin language would be added advantage.
