Job Responsibilityo To handle and maintaining full set of accounts and preparing financial statement according to the standard accounting practice and other statutory requirement.
o Responsible for closing and preparation of monthly financial reports, including bank reconciliation, balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
o Monitor and manage cash flow, petty cash, customer and supplier aging summary
o Follow up on customer overdue payments and credit control.
o Handle posting and processing entries to ensure all business transaction are recorded properly.
o Ensure month end close duties are prioritized and deadline are delivered on time.
o Monitor and prepare reconciliation for all balance sheet items and control accounts and resolve variances on monthly basis.
o Prepare payment vouchers, debit notes, credit notes etc for Director's approval
o Prepare and handle year-end audit and tax schedules as required.
o Monitor and ensure costing related activities.
o Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
o Organise accounts document and assist in administrative matter.
o Preparing and update the statement of account for customers/dealers.
o Matching the supplier invoice with DO and PO.
o financial reporting, payrolls, compliance and tax submission
o Prepare tax computation and submission, year-end closing management account for audit purpose
