Job Responsibility1. Handles several full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL & Reporting), including reconciliations and preparation of schedules.
2. Manage month end closing and ensure all journals, bank reconciliations, AR and AP are posted accurately.
3. Take full responsibility for finance and accounting performance as well as monthly closing, ensuring timely reporting with respect of deadline.
4. Provide financial information and reports on timely basis to internal and external parties, including shareholders, management, and banks.
5. Maintain and provide proper accounting records for development accounts.
6. Liaising with bankers with regards to facilities matters.
7. Responsible for cashflow forecast and planning and reports to the Directors.
8. Responsible full spectrum of the human resource and administration functions.
9. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
1. Min Diploma in accounting and above.
2. Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience.
3. Team player with excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
4. Familiar with Microsoft Offices (Words, Excel, Powerpoint)
5. Experience in Microsoft Dynamic NAV Accounting Software and HR2000(QuickPay) an added advantage.
6. Preferably able to start work immediately or within short notice.
