Job Responsibility1. Monitor property entrance.
2. Authorize entrance of people and vehicles.
3. Ensure guests enter company area and main gate are always closed.
4. Ensure that guests sign in upon arrival and exit.
5. Ensure staff wearing uniform and safety shoes.
6. Ensure no vehicles block the road.
7. Ensure the lights are on at night and report damages if the lights are closed at7pm/
8. Record vehicles visitors, suppliers, contractor in and out.
9. Record the staff write down their name when they late 5 mins during their working hours.
10. Respond to alarm and react in a timely manner.
11. Submit reports of daily surveillance activity.
12. Record any suspicious activities to the supervisor.
13. Patrolling and monitoring activities on the company's premises regularly to discourage criminals and ensure the environment is safe and secure.
14. Responsible to protect company's properties, products and the safety of employees.
15. Responsible to submit reports of every suspicious action and if have any suspicious action report to your supervisor.
16. Responsible to assist the delivery person to write down the name of staff who order the food.
17. Ability to complete the task when Management assist the task.
