Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
o Enforce Company Policies, Rules and Regulations and Security Procedures with full dedication .
o Monitor and enforce that security guards are in strict compliance to disciplinary system.
o Perform regular patrolling around premises to detect and report security threats and non-compliances to policies and procedures.
o Monitor and detect for pilferages and sabotage to company's asset / properties and operations report to HR Manager.
o Carry out regular checks on perimeter fencing, gates, building doors and windows to detect any breach or defects and needs to repair and ensure the security integrity of the premises.
o Practice good public and inter-personal relations skills at all times and avoid personal conflict.
Requirements:
o Preferred at least pass SPM.
o At least 2 Year(s) experience as Security Guard in manufacturing factory.
o Have a valid car license.
o Able to be actively involved in the monitoring and enforcing of security guards job performance and discipline.
o Able to detect and report of pilferages, sabotage, disciplinary acts and non-compliance of Company's Policies, Rules & Regulations and safety & security issues.
o High in integrity and confidential ability.
o Ex-police or army personnel preferred.
o Able to work on night shift as and when required
o Possess good communication skill.
