Job Responsibility

• Responsible for screening everyone who is entering company premises through proper registration and issuance of pass.
• Control and monitor through proper registration and record for all incoming and outgoing vehicles entering company premises.
• Ensure all outgoing goods or company properties are substantiated by proper documents and authorization.
• Responsible for safe keeping of letters and properties especially during none working days
• Ensure all employees leaving company premises with proper authorization
• Perform clocking and patrolling for all checking points according to schedule
• Responsible for locking up doors and gates at time set
• Answering incoming telephone calls during non-working hours

Job Requirements

• Possess good working attitude and discipline
• Some fire fighting skills & knowledge will be in advantage
• Minimum SPM qualification with 2 years in security functions or equivalent
• Must be able to work at Juru with 12 working hours
• No criminal offense
