Security Engineer - Team Lead Job Descriptions
As a Team Lead, you will have a chance to:
- Participate and contribute to the overall implementation of solutions from pre-sales to post-sales
- Initiate necessary tests, audits and changes to ensure end-to-end solution integrity/ technical feasibility across the products and services proposed to the customers
- Responsible for provision, deployment, installation of network security solutions
- Handle customers' calls, perform troubleshooting and resolution
- Monitor, track and communicate the status of support requests
- Perform and provide report for preventive maintenance for customers, firmware upgrade, health check and the relevant
- Attend technical meetings with customers, site visit, prepare technical proposal and ensure successful Proofs-of-Concepts, propose solutions and advise on best practices
- Lead a team of Engineers to ensure team and individual performance is align with Company's goals and value
We are looking for an individual with:
- Diploma/ Bachelor Degree/ Professional Certificate preferably in IT / Information Systems / Computer Science
- Minimum 4 years of hand-on experience on network and network security enterprise solutions such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Imperva, Infoblox
- Experience working with a System Integrator (SI) or Technology Consulting organization
CCNA, PCNSE, PCCSE, NSE certifications will be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; confident in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to interact with customers professionally on behalf of the company
