Job Responsibility- Inspection of all vehicles that will enter the Company premises
- Train the security guards in accordance with the security guidelines laid down.
- Creating an awareness of security precautions by means of lectures, etc to the security guards.
- Leading and supervising the shift members
- Checking and recording all visitor details before issuing visitor passes to them
- Prepare daily security report and monthly analysis report as and when required by Head of Department.
- Carry out security patrol and security inspection of company premises (factory, office, surrounding) and report to Head of Department.Report immediately to management if any discrepancy found
- Assist in implementing and enforcing company rules and take care of disciplinary problem.
- Checking and ensuring all fire fighter equipment and water tap are in proper conditions and are not misused by employee
- Assist in the parking management and maintenance matters as and when required
- Ensuring all guards are in proper attire in protecting the Company image
- Prescribing and ensuring the proper use of fire preventive equipment's.
- Advising on safety and security aspects in site layout, working conditions, worker attitude etc
- Reporting and investigating theft, accidents, fire, advising management about improvements, compiling all accident statistics.
- To ensure that all equipments belong to Safety and Security Department are properly accounted for and in good working order at all times
- Be visible and observant at all times, greeting staff, guests, and vendors in a courteous and attentive manner
- Respond immediately to distress calls, panic alarms, and emergency calls for disorderly conduct, disruptive persons, and incidents swiftly and appropriately
- Investigate and take the appropriate lawfully action as authorized by the corporate policy on accidents incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities, safety, and fire incidents
- Patrol property on foot, securing personnel, assets, buildings, gates, and fence perimeter are secure in all weather conditions
