Job ResponsibilityJOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
-Prepare resolutions , minutes , annual returns and any other statutory document .
-Monitoring and ensuring that the statutory records / registers are properly kept and updated and maintenance of legal documents.
-To assist in all aspect of company secretarial duties , other related functions and all relevant statutory requirement and guidelines .
-To perform other ad - hoc secretarial duties and administrative task required by management from time to time.
-Liasing with external regulators and advisors such as lawyers , bankers and auditors
JOBS REQUIREMENT :
-Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary / STPM / " A " Level / Pre - U , Professional Certificate , Diploma , Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma , Business Studies / Administration / Management , Secretarial or equivalent .
-Able to work independently with minimum supervision .
-Computer literate will be added advantage .
-Good personality and able to communicate with all level .
-Proficiency in spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia .
-On the job training will be provided .
-Self motivated and able to work under pressure .
-Meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility , pro - active and have self - initiative .
-Working Experience : 5 years
