Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
1. Provide general secretarial duties such as manage meeting schedules, reports, call screening, travel arrangements and any other administrative matters.
2. Gain exposure in dealing with government authorities such as FMM, Suruhanjaya, MITI and MIDA
3. Manage special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.
4. Coordination and arrangement of various work meetings within the company.
5. Company gift management and gift store stock take & company honors and awards management.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Administration, Secretarial, Business Management or equivalent.
2. Computer literacy essential with knowledgeable about Microsoft application.
3. Self-motivated and positive attitude.
4. High degree of integrity maturity and pleasant personality.
5. Good interpersonal and able to communicate to all level managements.
6. Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
