Job ResponsibilityWe're looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and passionate candidates for the following position:
SECRETARY
Responsibilities:-
Responsible in handling the secretarial duties, administrative and operational matters including monitoring of deadlines and follow-ups on superior's instructions
Assist in the preparation of meeting materials and facilities
Organize and manage documents, correspondence, records and maintain an organized filing for smooth data retrieval
Undertake special assignment ad-hoc functions and business-related tasks as and when required
Prepares reports by collecting information
Maintains department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel, arranging meetings, conferences, etc.
Requirements:-
Diploma or Degree in Business/ Secretarial studies with at least 1 year related working experience
Strong administrative writing skills and communication skills
Good command of spoken and written in English and Mandarin will be an added advantage
Computer literate in MS Office, MS Excel and MS Power Point with good presentation skills
Ability to handle multi-task, independent and meet tight deadlines
Working Location: Kuang, Rawang
