Job ResponsibilityJob Description:
Manage calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing urgent matters.
Organize meetings/discussions, including scheduling, sending invitation/reminders, organizing catering, etc.
Manage travel arrangements and itineraries, including flights, accommodation, ground transport, etc.
Managing expense reports, including submitting Director's claims and helping review others' reports as per requested by Director.
Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails / letters / messages, drafting memos, and preparing communications on Director's behalf.
Taking notes and writing minutes in meetings, then follow up with Managers to ensure actions are completed.
Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the Director.
Filter E-mails / letters, record notes and messages for Director.
Planning and managing CSR program, and represent Director if necessary.
Accompany Director as per requested, to attend business event / meeting client while recording notes and messages.
Performing secretarial and administrative duties, including managing of assets, taxes, licenses, insurances, etc.
Run errands and any ad-hoc duties as per requested by Director.
