Job ResponsibilityJob Description:-
--Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support including taking minutes, assist in writing business proposals and presentations.
--Liaise and coordinate with internal departments and external parties on all matters
--Manage and organize confidential documents, correspondences, records and maintain an organized filling system for smooth data retrieval
--Screening telephone calls, inquires and requests and handling them when appropriate.
--Welcoming and looking after visitors.
--Maintain the superior calendar, appointment scheduling, drafting correspondences, reports, Power Point presentation, coordination and arrangement status with relevant parties.
--Prepare confidential and official correspondences.
--Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
--Private Secretarial Certificate or a Professional Certificate, Diploma or equivalent
--At least of 5 years working experience in the related field (Secretary) is required for this position.
--Fluency in both written and spoken in Bahasa English, Bahasa Malaysia. Fluent in Mandarin will added advantage as require to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
--Organized, systematic, able to multi-task and prioritize work
--Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Secretarial or Personal Assistance to senior GMs
Past experience in property/ related fields will be an advantage.

--Pleasant personality, committed and with high integrity.
--Have an eye for details with ability to follow through.
--Computer and internet savvy.
--Good work ethics.
--Work location at Jalan Sultan Ismail with easy access to LRT, public transports
