Job Responsibility

• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily/weekly/monthly report.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Continuously improve through feedback

Job Requirements

• Willing to learn
• 18 years old and above
• Able to work in a team, high teamwork tolerance
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays and night up to 10 pm
• Able to speak English and Malay 
• Presentable, hardworking and positive interpersonal
• Diligent and trustworthy.
• Proficient in communicating positively and professionally using positive and pleasant tone of voice and language to customers.
• Confident and ethical in behavior when dealing with customers.
• Proficient and confident in handling customer complaints and grievances.
• Knowledgeable in using computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
