Job ResponsibilityPREFERABLE CANDIDATE WHO CAN SPEAK MANDARIN LANGUAGE
- To sell and promote company's product.
- To execute all sales and marketing activities to meet sales target.
- To maintain and develop good relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- To actively seek new sales opportunities and identify potential customers.
- To ensure collection from customers on time and monitor the payment record closely.
- To ensure timely delivery of goods to customer.
- To prepare and review Customer;s Aging Report on monthly basis.
- To receive RMA from customers, prepare and submit the credit note application for product claim / return.
- To constantly improve on product knowledge.
- To undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior when require.
Job Requirements- SPM and/ or at least 3 years of sales experience in Sparepart industry.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office etc.)
- Possess product knowledge.
- Must possess a good selling and customer services skills.
- Responsible and supportive with a high level of intergrity.
- Possitive attitude, self-motivated, result oriented.
- Willing to travel.
- Able communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
