We are looking for a self-motivated and diligent Sales Support Executive who will be responsible to support and execute tasks in the Sales Support and Logistic Department for our dynamic animal feed trading business.
You are driven to:
Handle sales support tasks including record sales order into the system, issue sales contracts and email to customers.
Prepare and update stock vessel list
Handle the checking and verifying of warehousing and logistic suppliers invoices.
Responsible for fishmeal business related documents and report.
Assist in logistic arrangement to ensure on time delivery.
What you'll need to succeed:
Candidate must possess a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in in the related field of sales admin support is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
Good spoken and written skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Familiar in using software and MS Excel, with keen attention to details.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, a strong team player and able to work independently.
Applicants must be willing to be based in HQ, Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
