Job Responsibility

• Servicing and provide support to existing customers as well as establishing new customers base.
• Understand customer's need and requirement and recommend suitable product.
• Attend customers' inquiry on purchase orders, delivery dates and etc.
• Compile sales data on daily order intake, delivery report on daily and monthly basis.
• Monitor issuance of customer feedback and complaint.
• Coordinate with Logistic Department for delivery matters.
• Provide marketing support functions for sales department.
• Cross sell company products and services.
• Gather data on marketing trends, competitive products and pricing and report to Head of Department.
• Identify and acquire new customers, markets and opportunities.
• Responsible for achievement of sales target.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available for Central Area, Southern Area & Northern Area.
• Must be proactive, enthusiastic, aggressive and a team player.
• Able to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Available Position at Johor Baharu & Cheras, Selangor
