Job ResponsibilityJOB DESCRIPTIONS:
To cover sales of company parts product to new and existing customer (Product coverage: Sinopec Lubricants, Donaldson, ZF Transmission, Kobelco, Kioti and any other brand as requested by the company in future).
To follow up and respond to sales enquiries.
To do daily customer visitation . In future will cover Telupid, Beluran and Lahad Datu. To increase business sales volume, value and achieve target set by the company.
To manage customer's enquiries : quotation, orders and delivery.
To gather current marketplace information on newly introduced products, delivery schedules, pricing, and merchandising techniques in order to monitor competition.
To monitor and analyse market competitor activities to provide relevant reports and information to enchance sales productivity.
To investigate problems, prepare report, develop solutions, and make recommendations to management in order to resolve customer complaints.
To provide historical records by keeping records on customer inquiries and sales.
To record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur.
To support own existing branch parts administration works. Tag team with sales person to approach customer and prospect.
To provide technical support with Technical person when required by customer.
To develop new market place environment for increase sales target.
To submit customer weekly visit report to Mr. John Ting on every Saturday and copy to Mr Clement Sung & Mr Fu.
To report customer profile, business activity, contacts, address to report and keep record to Mr. John Ting and copy to Mr. Clement Sung and Mr. Fu.
Any other works and duties as required and assigned by the company from time to time. T
he Management reserves the right to transfer/relocate you from one department or branch to another, within our group of companies and to reshuffle your job scope as and when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Prefer Male
SPM/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Marketing
At least 1-3 years working experiences in Heavy Machinery.
Have product knowledge, Microsift Office, Good communication
Can speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English (can speak in Mandarin is an advantage)
