Job ResponsibilityINTERVIEW CAN BE HELD AT KL AREA
Responsibilities: -
o Responsible to increase sales, build new customers and sales.
o Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
o Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
o Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
o Open new account and do background survey/market check on new customer.
o Build good rapport and maintain existing customer while developing new customers.
o Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
o Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
o Building and maintaining customer database.
o Perform market analysis and update Company on trend changes.
o Supports respective department on the product promotion, trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
o Closely monitor on all payment due date and outstanding collection.
o Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
o Participating in sales team meetings.
o Negotiating agreement terms and closing sales effectively.
o Review own self sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by HOD.
Requirements: -
o Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Management or equivalent.
o At least 1 year experience in sales preferably in food & beverage industry.
o Good communication in Bahasa & English. Ability to converse in Chinese would be an added advantage.
o Self-motivated, driven by targets with strong business acumen.
o Excellent customer service, sales, presentation and negotiation skills.
o Good communication skills including both verbal and written.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
o Possess own car and valid driving license
