Job ResponsibilityThe Job:
1. Design, build, emulate, improve and propose different types of partnership programmes or incentives to drive revenue targets.
2. Identify areas for improvement and opportunities for development of partners' growth paths.
3. Manage partnerships by monitoring, scoring activities and performance.
4. Regularly update product and services knowledge and keep abreast of the market trends and competitor's product offering.
5. Answer daily queries of products and sales information, image product requests, technical queries, and any requests that facilitate partners' sales processes.
6. Communicate and improve understanding between the partners and the Company towards building rapport and mutual trust in a sustainable manner.
7. Take on the initiatives in improving all levels of organizational process/ flow and enhancing its value chain.
8. Build and facilitate the setting of sustainable workflow, strategic direction and action plans to achieve the objectives by working alongside with top management.
9. Provide feedback/ suggestion in contribution to IT team who develops and improves all tools required by team members to achieve objectives.
10. Assist in handling copyright infringement issues.
11. Support others administration tasks which assigned by its superior as and when required.
The Person:
1. At least 2-3 years of working experience in Business Operations/Business Development, or in relevant field.
2. Proven track record of high performance and substantial achievements in past positions.
3. Commercially minded, strong sales cravings and numbers-driven.
4. An initiative taker who is eager to break new ground and enjoys a fast-growing working environment.
5. Able to develop creative and innovative sales plans and solutions.
6. E-commerce/IT/Saas product growth hacking experience is welcomed.
7. Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
