Job Responsibility- Responsible for retail channel (modern trade and general trade) sales achievement in the assigned branches/region.
- Track, monitor and analyze products, channel and customer sales trends.
- Work with distributor sales team to ensure execution excellence in 4 key aspects i.e distribution expansion, product merchandising, on-shelf availability and promotion activities implementation.
- Provide market intelligence pertaining to market trend and competitor activities in the respective region.
- Provide sales operational support to sales team and assist in day-to-day coordination.
- Responsible for data maintenance and execute analysis to extract and summarize different types of data.
- Manage and track trade spend including Advertising & Promotion fund and provisions and payment to distributor.
Requirement:
- Diploma / Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related fields.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales and marketing, preferably from leading MNC companies.
- Experience in retail trade channel is desired. Working experience in other trade channels will also be considered.
- Experience in managing distributors is preferred.
- Experience in Computer skills: Proficient in Excel (E.g. pivot table, V-lookups, Index/Match function), PowerPoint and Words.
- Strong logical thinking and analytical ability.
