Job Responsibility 1. Plan and develop yearly marketing strategy, marketing plan and marketing budget. Monitor and control the set budget.
2. Work closely with shopping malls marketing representative for collaboration on marketing events, activities and in-mall advertising presence.
3. Construct marketing strategies and activities to enhance the brand awareness and increase revenue to the company.
4. Analyze market needs and conduct market survey.
5. Collaborate with 3rd party / 3rd party platforms on cross promotion and activities to tap to new database and generate sales to the stores.
6. Plan and create yearly advertising expenditure budgeting and direction.
7. Develop and deploy promotions initiatives to drive attraction of new customers and retaining the existing customers.
8. Work closely with operations team and merchandising team to understand and analyze market and customer needs.
9. Handling customers' enquires, request and complaints.
10. Execute the sales and marketing strategy and program to increase sales and profit.
11. Develop the annual sales forecast. Review and monitor the monthly forecast plan to achieve the targeted goals.
12. Provide depth of experience and knowledge to train and develop his staff and others to be ready to take extra responsibility.
13. Establish and maintain a budget control system, including developing the annual budget and its implementation.
14. Allocating customer A&P in total, in monthly basis. To review monthly basis of each spending in order not to exceed company guidelines.
15. To undertake any other ad hoc duties/task/projects assigned by the General Manager and above when required.
