Job Description
Job Responsibility
Achieve sales targets consistently through efficient and effective selling activities to pharmacies
Build and maintain close business relationships with customers by understanding their needs and requirements and effectively communicating product benefits, ensuring they understand product features & placement to introduce/recommend to customer
Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers which include merchandising with chained pharmacies and independent pharmacies
Through sales report analysis and market intelligence of the industry and business environment, develop actionable and measurable sales plans to enhance business reach
Participate in business development plans to facilitate business expansion
Conduct in-service training sessions of product for pharmacists and outlet staff so that they understand product features & placement to introduce/recommend to customer
Maintain inventory by restocking shelves with product from backroom; recording inventory levels; prompting store management to reorder when levels appear low
Assist on special promotions by setting-up displays at promotion aisle; checking promotional price tags are in place on special promotions; observing customer reaction to special promotions; forwarding observations to management; removing promotions at end of special promotion period
Complete call report by observing display and pricing of competitors' products by using Company's software
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent.
2-3 years' experience in handling skincare range of products or dealing with chained pharmacies, independent pharmacies, baby shops & other related stores will be an added advantage
Possess own transportation with a valid driving license and willing to travel.
Must be self-starter, resourceful, outgoing and results oriented with good sales & communication skills and strong negotiation skills
