Job Description
Job Responsibility
Responsible to carry out sales and marketing to meet company and departmental goals.
Meet clients and bring new sales for Laundry and Tailoring with govt Bodies and Private Sectors.
Promote company in online business.
Handle tenders online and do up Quotations as requested by clients and present to them.
Responsible to establish reliable forecast of sales
Possess good product knowledge, able to handle inquiries from the customer or potential clients and advise them how their needs could be met accordingly
Responsible to document customers' needs, communicate and liaise with all the concerned departmental heads to ensure customer requirements are understood and can be fulfilled
Responsible to take orders and review the order delivery capability
Communicate and coordinate with internal concerned departments on any direct request and unresolved issues from customers
Record details of actions taken and make a daily report to management n bosses
Manage customers' accounts such as keep records of customer interactions and transactions, customer inquiries, comments, and complaints
Update to customers the necessary information from time to time.
Job Requirements
Fresh Graduates from Marketing & sales are strongly encouraged to apply.
Can speak fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia and good in reading and writing in both these languages
Good interpersonal skills and can accept criticism
Can attend the interview anytime and start work immediately.
