Job ResponsibilityJOB DESCRIPTION
-Responsible for overall company sales & marketing
-To develop new and creative business opportunities
-Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
-Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, social platform etc
-Handling customer's questions, inquiries and complaints
-Preparing and sending quotation and proposals
-To formulate effective sales channels and marketing activities to increase sales activities in -local and international markets
-Regular reporting and reviewing of the strategic and operational sales & marketing plans in drive sales and revenue
-To develop the strategies for brand awareness and marketing plans to drive qualified leads through all marketing channels
-Build good customer relationship & establish a long term relationship
-Ability to clarify and communicate with customers, suppliers and etc
-Good understanding of the market situation, ie customers, suppliers and competitors
-Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time
-Experiences in Printing and Packaging division.
-Based in Melaka.
JOBS REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Business, Economic, Marketing or equivalent
-At least 1 year (for Executive) of working experience in Sales & Marketing in Manufacturing or related field
-Good command of English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia in writing and communications
Target-drive, sales oriented and self-motivated individual with a strong focus on revenue
-Excellent interpersonal, leadership, planning, organizational, presentation and negotiation skills
-Ability to prepare report and use the appropriate mode of communication. Must be proficient at analyzing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendation based on data and trends
-Keep business sense with the ability to find creative business oreinted solutions to problems
-Hard working and willing to take up multi tasks
-Highly discipline and good working ethics
-Strong problem solving skills
-Positive working attitude and result oriented
-A strong player with ability to work in fast paced environment
-Able to work independently with minimum supervision
