Job ResponsibilityJob Description
o Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
o To achieve group sales target for all the projects assigned.
o To plan and implement sales strategies to meet Quarterly and monthly sales
target.
o To monitor and track sale processes and to ensure sales are closed within the
stipulated period.
o To ensure high quality of pre and post sales service.
o To support on Advertising and Promotion implementation works.
o Identify suitable sales and marketing propositions to enhance the performance of
the team.
o Able to work closely with marketing team on lead generation and promotional
campaigns
o Able to motivate, develop, train the sales team in term of product knowledge,
selling techniques as so on.
o Able to generate and provide timely sales report to monitor/track performance of
the team.
o Any other tasks assigned by immediate superior or the Management
Job Requirement
o Degree in Marketing, Business Administrations, Management or related field.
o Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with proven sales track record
and leading a team of sales representatives.
o Possess good in negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
o Computer literate.
o Possess own transport.
