Job Responsibility1. Plan and develop marketing strategy for Bintulu Branch to increase the following:
a. product branding awareness
b. product specification
c. product inquiry
d. product sales
2. Acquire information about the competitors' strategy and marketing activities to achieve competitive advantage.
3. To monitor the collection on all accounts.
4. Maintain contact with customers in order to create good working relationship.
5. To provide after sale services and attend to customer complaints.
6. Supervise the activities of sales representative and team in order to meet the sales target.
7. To plan on monthly coil materials usage to ensure the material are enough for supplying.
